- Evangelist Pamela Banks is an anointed woman of God who is committed to the upbuilding of God's Kingdom. She is an ordained minister of the gospel. During 2008 Evangelist Banks was impregnated with Southern outreach Ministries. It was in January of 2009 that she gave birth to the ministry, after much prayer and fasting. Southern Outreach Ministries is now on blogtalkradio.com/Evangelist-Banks every Saturday at 6:00PM EST. Evangelist Banks is an educator, wife, mother, and grandmother. When asked what her greatest accomplishment was she responded, "Answering the call of God." Evangelist Banks is a humble, anointed, and chosen woman of God, who brings a right now Word from God for His people. Her favorite Scripture is: "My soul shall make her boast in the Lord; the humble shall hear thereof and be glad. Oh magnify the Lord with me and let us exalt His name together.
